We’re recruiting for our Irish branch.  Job Description: Events Co-ordinator/Administrator

Deal with incoming client enquires, quoting and follow up of same. Co-ordination of jobs from start to finish in conjunction with our operations manager. Chief liaison between warehouse operations and client. Collate all necessary paperwork for operations team. Generation of all paperwork between the company & client. Analyse profitability of jobs, general procurement of goods/services. Management of online booking system.

Skills Requirements

Excellent customer service essential, along with professional courteous phone manner. Good IT skills, advanced Excel. Organised problem solving creative thinking, team player, social media savvy

Duration initially a 10 month full time contract with a view to make permanent.
